Terms and Conditions
1. Service Overview Clutterfree Company T/A The Moving Cube (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a relocation trailer hire and delivery service. We supply specially designed 16ft fully insulated trailers (“the Trailer”) to your premises for a period of 2 days, during which you may load your belongings. We will then transport the Trailer to your new address, where you will have a further 2 days to unload.
2. Trailer Usage Timeframe
You are allotted two (2) consecutive days at both pickup and drop-off locations to load and unload the Trailer.
A penalty of €100 per day will be charged for each day the Trailer is not fully emptied beyond the allocated period.
3. Optional Waste Disposal Add-On
For an additional fee, you may leave moving-related rubbish such as cardboard, packing waste, or unwanted furniture in the Trailer for disposal.
Disposal fees will be calculated reasonably based on volume and materials. All quotes are a typically 20% less than typical removal companies.
4. No Insurance or Liability
We do not provide insurance for your belongings.
All moves are undertaken entirely at your own risk.
We accept no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, theft, or incident that may occur during loading, transit, unloading, or storage.
5. Customer Agreement By using our service, you confirm that:
You understand and accept that your belongings are not insured.
You accept full liability for all items in the Trailer.
You will not store prohibited, illegal, flammable, or hazardous materials.
You will be responsible for any damage caused to the Trailer beyond reasonable wear and tear.
You agree to pay all applicable fees, including penalties and disposal charges, as outlined.
6. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
